Our organization is always looking for bright, energetic, talented and caring physicians to join our team. The majority of our physicians work full-time, but we do occasionally hire part-time individuals.

We utilize a blended unit payment system. All of our full-time physicians are paid at the same rate. Weekends and holidays are distributed evenly among all full-time physicians. The most senior physician is assigned the same number of weekends/holidays as the newest physician in the group. AAMG is an equal opportunity employer.
